China-Malaysia International Seminar on “the Belt and Road Initiative: Maritime Silk Road” has been jointly held by Huaqiao University and Malaysia Southern University College since 2016 to promote cultural exchanges and friendly cooperation between China and Malaysia and promote the construction of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. The seminar is held annually by the two universities in turn. And it attracting many politicians, experts and scholars, business elite from relevant countries to attend around China-Malaysia relations, cooperation, strategy and issues, has become an important platform for the in-depth exchanges and promoting pragmatic cooperation between China and Malaysia's think-tanks.
It is in 2019 that China and Malaysia established diplomatic relations for 45 years. Malaysia took the lead in establishing diplomatic relations with China in ASEAN countries at 45 years ago, opening a new chapter in China-Malaysia exchanges. On November 8-11, 2019, the 4th China-Malaysia International Seminar on “the Belt and Road Initiative: Maritime Silk Road” will be held in Xiamen, China. We sincerely welcome experts and scholars from relevant fields at home and abroad to make contributions.

Paper Requirements:
1) Please write your own thesis according to the topic of the seminar.
2) The paper should be submitted in word format, with the total number of words between 8000 and 15000, including: heading, author's name, title, position, work unit, contact information (email and telephone), abstract, key words 3-5, text.
3) The organizing committee will determine the official participants according to the submitted papers.
4) All papers will be published after the seminar.
